Realync is seeking a National Account Strategist to join Realync’s growing sales organization. This role is a quota-bearing sales role focused on hunting for new logo growth while also owning, managing, farming, and nurturing the growth and retention of local, regional, and national enterprise clients.

Realync is a fast growing B2B SaaS company with a defined market, proven opportunity, and a track record of success. We’re looking for hungry, self-starters with multifamily sales experience that are up for a new challenge and looking to have a lot of fun along the way!

Responsibilities

  • New Account Sales
    • Pursue outbound sales efforts hand-in-hand with Realync’s BDR team to qualify and close new sales leads and opportunities for Realync
  • Account Management
    • Track, manage, and report key metrics, data, analytics, and ROI numbers to enterprise clients
      Work hand-in-hand with Realync’s Client Success team to ensure maximum ROI for clients and overall account health

The Ideal Candidate Will

Realync is seeking a Head of Finance & Accounting to join our growing organization. This is a leadership role focused on building, leading, and managing our finance and accounting team and functions. With over 400% growth in 2020, Realync is a fast growing B2B SaaS company with a defined market, proven opportunity, and a track record of success. We’re looking for a motivated, self-starter with B2B SaaS finance and accounting leadership experience who is up for a new challenge and looking to have a lot of fun along the way!

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership
    • Work proactively & effectively with the company’s Leadership Team & Board of Directors
    • Build & manage a team responsible for all core finance & accounting functions of the business, including internal team & external partners (Investor, Bank, Audit, Tax, Compliance, Legal, etc.).
    • Provide the financial input for annual & 3-5 year business plans, working with the rest of the Leadership Team to identify key drivers & performance metrics
    • Integrate financial modeling, goal setting, scenario planning, & financial management into day-to-day decision-making
    • Ensure timely & accurate dashboard & reporting across the company; establish & execute on KPIs
  • Financial Leadership
    • Recommend & implement scalable systems & procedures to ensure strong financial management
    • Develop a budgeting & forecasting framework that aligns with Realync’s strategic plan & helps inform its growth objectives
    • Partner with investors & other financial sponsors to drive ROI
    • Partner with the rest of the Leadership Team to advise during M&A and liquidity events
    • Manage legal, contracting, & pricing decisions
    • Responsible for cash management
  • Accounting Leadership
    • Execute accurate, timely financial reporting in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
    • Prepare monthly financial statements, overseeing month end close processes and controlling Realync’s books
    • Manage accounting records, overseeing bank reconciliations, accruals, AP, AR, payroll, & other journal entries
    • Identify a payroll solution (run in house or use an external partner)

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years leading finance and accounting for a rapidly-growing SaaS company
  • Quantitative background: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
  • Experience operating in a PE / growth equity-backed company and familiar with the reporting needs
  • CPA or public accounting experience
  • Experience with finance / accounting technology: Quickbooks Online, Expensify, Bill.com, Salesforce, etc.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively and nurture relationships with cross-functional business partners
  • Experience working cross-functionally to ensure programs are aligned with company goals
  • Metrics driven and quantitative with the ability to draw insight from complex data

Realync is seeking a DevOps Engineer for our rapidly growing multifamily technology company. This position will be responsible for overseeing our infrastructure and information security efforts by addressing identified improvement areas in infrastructure design and operational processes. The position will have a pivotal impact on establishing the systems and structure to lower risk and improve security/recoverability of the Realync platform. This DevOps role will collaborate and work directly with company leadership, product management, and our engineering team. We are looking for a talented, driven, self-starter with domain experience and a history of success that is hungry for a new challenge and looking to have a lot of fun along the way. 

Responsibilities

  • Infrastructure
    • Implementing a firewall and demilitarized zone (DMZ) to separate internet-facing web servers from application and database servers
    • Segregating the API, microservices and database layers of the architecture, each on different VLANs, for improved security and scalability
    • Deploying redundant AWS virtual machines for each layer of the architecture, across two availability zones to provide a more resilient solution
    • Back up video content to an S3 bucket in a separate AWS region from the production environment
    • Configuring database backups to be stored in a separate AWS region and documenting technology recovery procedures to reestablish service in a disaster scenario
    • Establish basic IT service management tools and procedures for production operations of the Realync platform
    • Investigate synthetic transaction monitoring tools to measure service availability
  • Information Security
    • Multi-factor authentication for access to the production environment and customer data
    • Encryption at rest for the MongoDB database and S3 storage containing customer videos and data files
    • Network and application vulnerability scanning and third-party external penetration testing
    • Static code security and open-source scanning tools integrated into the software development process to identify vulnerabilities before introducing a new release
    • Intrusion detection and intrusion prevention
    • Device management capabilities to protect and manage employee laptops and mobile devices
    • Centralized security log management and analytics

 Qualifications

  • Technical Background
    • At least 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS technical management, ideally with a background in Engineering, Database Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
    • AWS operations experience (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer)
  • Strong Business Acumen
    • Ability to understand overall company strategy, business drivers, and client needs to ensure value-add platform evolution with the proper protocols, systems, and processes in place
  • Excellent Communication & Organization Skills
    • Translating strategy into execution is paramount; this involves communicating with strictly business-minded people and with strictly technical-minded people — and ensuring that both sides have the needs fulfilled in an optimal way
    • Comfort with deep technical discussions with engineers (and users) about the pros and cons of different approaches

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, 5+ years of marketing leadership experience
  • Proven leadership experience carrying out marketing efforts, including planning, prioritizing, and implementing strategy
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, tasks and related communications simultaneously and within budget
  • Strong knowledge of all marketing disciplines from brand to product to demand gen to content to field to partnerships and more; ability to lead effectively across all marketing channels

This role will focus on building the top of the funnel through market analyses, creative lead generation campaigns, and internal tracking – all with a goal of delivering qualified leads.

Responsibilities

  • Improve and optimize SEO performance and website traffic by identifying, monitoring, and executing targeted keyword strategies 
  • Monitor keyword trends and Realync rankings against competitors
  • A/B test and optimize lead generation and lead conversion campaigns across all channels
  • Develop and execute short- and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive leads and the sales pipeline
  • Develop client personas and know their buying preferences
  • Assist in content development to target prospective clients throughout their lifecycle
  • Work with sales on campaign handoffs, campaign tracking, and one-off marketing initiatives to move opportunities through the sales funnel
  • Salesforce: create campaigns, set up lead source and lead source details, monitor and mark opportunities appropriately, and generate regular marketing results reports
