How Airie Captured Leases During Lease Up

BH Management is currently the ninth-largest property management firm in the United States. BH Management’s leasing teams first started using Realync at TAVA Waters, in Denver, Colorado. Then, the leasing team at Airie, a premier lakeside residence in Denver, Colorado, wanted to show off its beautiful new community. So, when Airie began pre-leasing in April 2021, BH Management looked to Realync again to equip their leasing teams for success, as most of their prospective residents were moving from out of state.

Results
During Airie’s lease-up phase, April 2021 to July 2021, the leasing team at Airie created 617 unique Realync links which resulted in over 1500 views. In addition, they continue to create engaging videos showcasing Airie’s amenities, beautiful lake, and other features that make Airie genuinely unique.
