Realync Acceptable Use Policy

Acceptable Use

Access to the Realync Platform is provided on the condition that Client will use the Realync Platform in accordance with this Acceptable Use Policy. The Realync Platform may be used only for legal and appropriate purposes. Access to all or part of the Realync Platform may be suspended or denied without prior notice if Client engages in any conduct that Realync Corp., in its sole discretion, believes violates this Acceptable Use Policy in any way, violates the rights of Realync Corp. or a third party, or is otherwise inappropriate. Although this list is not exhaustive, use of the Realync Platform may be suspended or revoked at any time for any violation of the following rules:

a. Client shall not knowingly, and will take reasonable measures so that it does not negligently, allow the posting, transmission, or storage of data and content on or through the Realync Platform that constitutes a violation of any relevant and applicable law, regulation, ordinance, or court order. Client shall be responsible for determining the laws or regulations that are applicable to Client’s use of the Realync Platform.

b. Client shall not use the Realync Platform to commit a tortious or otherwise wrongful act including, without limitation, to post or communicate libelous, defamatory, scandalous, or threatening information.

c. Client shall not use the Realync Platform to post, send, or receive any content that is obscene, pornographic, lewd, lascivious, or violent.

d. Client shall not disrupt the operation of Realync Corp. or vandalize, damage, or disable the hardware or software associated with Realync Corp., or attempt to do so.

e. Client shall not use the Realync Platform to transmit viruses, worms, harmful code, Trojan Horses, and/or spyware.

f. Client shall not use the Realync Platform to send or post unsolicited messages or e-mail, whether commercial or not, to a large number of recipients.

g. Client shall not interfere or attempt to interfere with the Realync Platform by use of any program, script, command, or otherwise. This includes, but is not limited to attempts to overload the Realync Platform or to excessively burden its resources.
