They also lead the way in innovative touring experiences, showcasing apartment videos front and center on its website’s floor plans page for easy access.
The Ashby at McLean team developed a streamlined process to capture videos of all upcoming vacant homes during the turn process, enabling them to send these videos to prospects to drive lead conversion and to have the videos integrated into the websites to further enhance both the user experience and overall engagement.

To jumpstart their efforts, the Realync Studios team—specializing in creating video content for busy community teams—filmed, edited, approved, and delivered 168 videos, including amenity overview and apartment tour videos for Elme Communities in just three weeks.
This quick turnaround gave Elme a solid foundation to create additional content, such as apartment tours, move-in instructions, and more. And it’s paying off.
