Resident Services Manager, Jacob Stallard, had a jammed pack Saturday, where he wasn’t able to tour a specific prospective resident in-person that day. However, he was able to send a Realync video of an open unit that fit the prospective resident’s needs.
At the end of the day, while on his way to dinner, he received an email from the prospect saying that the studio that they applied for was going to be too small and they were going to sign with a different community. Jacob knew that he had a pre-recorded video of a larger studio that was still within their price range and available.
By having Realync in his pocket, Jacob was able to log into the app and email them the link to the video of the large available studio as he was in the car on his way to dinner.
